Programming
We are very excited that you want to present a program this year at IRHOC! Please evalute your program and make sure it fits in one of the four tracks: Growth, Opportunities, Leadership, or Diversity. If your program fits in more than one, please choose the more relevant one!
Growth: Programs focus on setting and attaining goals for personal and professional growth. These programs should do at least one of the following:
- provide information on how to grow personally
- provide information on how to grow as a leader
- provide information on how to grow professionally
Opportunities: Programs focus on creating opportunities for student leaders through networking and sharing past experiences with helpful tips for others. These programs should do at least one of the following:
- provide networking opportunities for students
- provide information on how to create opportunities for others
Leadership: Program focuses on gaining leadership experience and developing leadership skills. Programs in this track should do at least one of the following.
- Inform students on what it means to be a leader
- Teach students how to become well rounded leaders
- Show students their leadersnip style and how to work with it
Diversity: Programs focuses on promoting diversity and creating an inclusive environment. Programs should do at least one of the following:
- Teach students how to create an inclusive environment
- Show students what it means to have an inclusive environment
- Inform students how their organization can appeal to a wider variety of students
